Science of nutrition
Now ever than before, science of nutrition has become
a compulsory element in our lives. It is a must that we should be aware of what
is nutrition. It is time to put our food habits onto question.
Nutrition is the science that interprets the
interaction of nutrients and other substances in food in relation to
maintenance, growth, reproduction, health and disease of an organism. It
includes food intake, absorption, ssimilation,biosynthesis, catabolism, and
excretion.
What
matters more for us in this website is human nutrition.
More
precisely, we are going to highlight our nutrition habits and discover healthy
ways through different culture. Through my studies of Moroccan, British, and
American culture I come across some good healthy habits and some other bad
toxic habits. Also this website will be plat form to many scientists that gives
a real advice and not an attractive marketing advice.
